Withdrawal / Return - Change of Products
You have the right to return or exchange all or part of the order within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt. The date of shipment of the returned product is considered to be the date indicated by the courier company on the receipt. If the return is not made within 15 days, our company reserves the right to refuse to accept it.

Return - Exchange conditions
To exercise the right of return or exchange, you must:
Send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, without damage, complete and with the special markings-labels intact.
The product must be in its original packaging, with all the original markings and labels intact and with all the original labels intact.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all the original markings and labels intact.

Transport costs
Within Greece
Returns and exchanges are made exclusively with the courier company ELTA Porta Porta, at the recipient's expense (www.antigonimpu.gr).
If you choose another courier company, the cost of shipping is borne exclusively by you.

Returns
In case of an error on the part of www.antigonimpu.gr (e.g. incorrect or defective product), the full amount paid will be refunded.
If you return your order through no fault of www.antigonimpu.gr, the return costs will be deducted from the amount refunded and amount to 4,00€.
